Refund policy

At The Kids Label, we strive to provide the best quality clothing for your little ones. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 7Β days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Select your order and request return from the menu.
  2. Select the item you want to return and click 'Request Return'.
  3. We will collect the item from the same address to which the order was delivered within 7 days.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 4-5Β business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We allow exchanges for size-related issues within 7Β days of delivery.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.
  • We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, socks, or accessories for hygiene reasons.
  • Items without tags or original packaging.
  • Any item that has been washed, worn, or altered.
