1. Shipping Timeline & Processing

  • Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners withinΒ 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive anΒ email/SMS with tracking details.

2. Delivery & Shipping Partners

  • We use registered domestic courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
  • The estimated delivery time depends on yourΒ location and courier partner policies. This will be displayed at checkout.
  • Orders are delivered to theΒ address provided by the customer at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is available for select locations. Availability will be confirmed at checkout.
  • A COD handling fee may be applicable (if any, it will be displayed at checkout).
  • Customers must ensure availability at the provided address for COD orders.
  • If a COD order isΒ rejected or undelivered, we may restrict COD for future purchases from the same customer.

4. Delivery Delays & Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, lockdowns, force majeure events).
    • Delays from the courier service provider.
    • Incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

5. Undeliverable Orders & Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the order to us.
  • If an order is returned to us, we will contact you for re-shipment (at additional cost) or cancellation (with applicable deductions).
  • For COD orders, repeated failed deliveries may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.

6. Shipping Areas & Restrictions

  • We currently ship across India. However, delivery may not be available in some remote areas. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will inform you and process a refund.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Order Confirmation & Customer Support

  • A confirmation email is sent once your order is placed.
  • Another email/SMS with tracking details will be sent once the order is shipped.
